30 DAY RETURNS POLICY:
We accept **30 day returns or exchanges on clothing items which are unworn, undamaged and with original tags intact.

When processing clothing returns we can offer a *refund, a store credit or another product to the same value as the original purchase.
Return postage costs are at the expense of the purchaser, but we will cover the cost of shipping a new item to you if you wish to make an exchange.
Should you require a change in garment size or print, please contact us to ensure the new desired size is available and is put on hold for you.
Due to our short-run capsule productions we are unable to guarantee stock availability for size and colour exchanges.
Returns must be received with valid order reference numbers and/or proof of purchase or refunds cannot be processed.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order & refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned garments.
In the interest of hygiene we are unable to accept Jewellery returns unless the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds will be made to the value of the purchase price of the returned garment only. Postage costs are non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY TERMS:
*Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned product and will arrive in the same Paypal or Credit Card account used in the original purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure this account is active at the time the refund is processed.
**Returns received by us after the 30 day refund period but within 60 days of receipt of your order are eligible for store credit only.
Returns received after the 60 day store credit period are not eligible for refund or store credit but can be re-posted to the purchaser at the purchasers expense within 14 days of returning the item. After this time the item is forfeited.
All products are guaranteed against faults or defects for 90 days after receipt of your order and are eligible for repair or replacement where possible, otherwise we will refund the purchase price and postage costs if a product is deemed ***faulty within this period.
***Items will not be deemed faulty if they are damaged due to mistreatment or failure to observe care instructions on behalf of the purchaser.
Our accessories collection features ‘costume jewellery’. This means our jewellery pieces do not contain precious metals or stones or display the same durable properties as pure gold, silver or diamonds for example. These pieces; whilst made with sturdy materials, attention to detail and quality control; are not designed to be worn every day and should not be worn under strenuous conditions such as in water, whilst playing sport, while sleeping, showering or using cleaning products.
Goods are not deemed faulty or eligible for a refund if they are damaged due to failure to observe the care advice above.
