RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Placing an Online Return or Exchange
Please contact us at email@example.com should you wish to make a return or exchange and include your original order number and exchange preferences.
We will then source an alternative size/colour for you; and supply return instructions applicable to your order.
Online purchases are subject to the Online Returns Policy outlined below.
Placing an In Store Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges on retail purchases are subject to the individual returns policy of the place of purchase.
In-person returns or exchanges for online orders may be offered via a store near you or at the Fremantle Studio on a case-by-case basis. In order to make arrangements for this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Full Price Items
All full price items are eligible for a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days of receiving (excluding custom orders or altered pieces).
Clients are offered an additional 30 days, where full price items are eligible for an exchange or credit note within 60 days of receiving.
The option to exchange is subject to stock availability. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com should you wish to request an exchange item, as we may need to set aside items which are low in stock.
In the event that an alternative piece isn’t available for exchange, the client will be offered options which may include a refund (within 30 day period), credit note or exchange for a product of equal value.
Sale Items / Promo Codes
Items purchased during Flash Sales or Sample Sales are eligible for an exchange or credit note within the first 30 days of receiving. No additional options for exchange of sale items are offered once this period expires.
The amount refunded for a sale item will be the same as that initially paid – i.e. the value of the item(s) less the promo code or discount.
Any postal costs incurred by the purchaser are non-refundable.
Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact (where applicable).
All garments are inspected on arrival, those that do not meet criteria will not be eligible for either refund, exchange or credit note.
Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will only be processed once the returning goods are received and inspected by Hickey Hardware.
The client is responsible for all postage expenses at the point of returns. Tracked shipping is advised, as the client remains in ownership of the goods until delivered to HH.
EXCHANGES WITHIN AUSTRALIA – Those wishing to exchange are offered free shipping on the new item(s) being dispatched (only applicable on the first exchange made for the order).
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES – A flat rate $25 (AUD) charge will be issued to cover shipping expenses for the new item(s) being dispatched.
Items will only be deemed faulty after inspection upon receipt by HH.
Please send detailed photos to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping, to ensure that your item qualifies for a repair, exchange or refund.
All products are guaranteed against faults or defects for 90 days after receipt of your order and are eligible for repair or replacement where possible, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Items will not be deemed faulty if they are damaged due to mistreatment or failure to observe care instructions on behalf of the purchaser.
